Q: Do you sell OEM equipment?
A: No, we only sell accessory gauges and equipment.

Q: Do you sell Marine or spare parts equipment?
A: No, we do not sell Marine parts. We are solely automotive vehicle parts.

Q: If I want a part that’s not on the store can you order it in?
A: No. We only sell what is on the store.

Q: My order says it’s on backorder, when will I get it?
A: Items on backorder can take up to 4-8 weeks for us to receive them from our supplier. While we try to organise to have all parts already in our store at time of purchase, there are occasions when we may run out and items are placed on backorder. We try to accommodate all requests and have them sent out in a timely manner.

Q: Can I exchange a part I’ve bought for another?
A: No. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items delivered as ordered.

Q: I don’t want my item anymore; can I return it and get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds or returns for items delivered as ordered.

Q: I have a part number, can I get a quote on it?
A: Absolutely. If we stock the part and it is in our store we can provide a quote for it. Please note that we cannot quote for items not already on our store, and all prices for products can be located on the items in the store.

Q: Can you process an order for me and send me a pro-forma invoice?
A: We do not process orders for you. But we have ensured that our online store is easy to navigate for our customers to be able to check out and purchase items.

Q: Can I open a trade account with you?
A: We do not offer the option for trade accounts.

Q: I have a part number, how can I find it in the store?
A: You can search for part numbers by using the Search function on the left-hand side of the top banner of our shop.

Q: I have a photo of what I need, how do I send a photo?
A: Please email through to: vdosales@vdosales.com.au. Any images to help us determine what product you’re after, or what product might suit your equipment, is always valuable.
