We offer Standard, Registered Post, and Express shipping on all orders within Australia, and orders may go by express road or airbag/express depending on bulk and weight.

We only offer Standard Shipping on international orders at this time.

Standard Shipping (International) - $30

Products will be dispatched within 48 business hours of order being processed.

VDO Sales will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods on or before the estimated delivery date agreed by the parties (“Delivery Date“), but the Delivery Date is subject to extension for any delay caused by Public Holidays, strikes, lockouts, war, breakdowns, accidents, delays in transport, fire or any cause beyond the reasonable control of VDO Sales; and Delivery is subject to availability of product. Estimated times of arrival for items on backorder can be up to 3 Months wait times.

Notice: If an item is "Product on Backorder", the product is on backorder from our supplier's warehouse and there
may be a wait time of up to 4-8 weeks.

VDO Sales does not offer refunds or replacement for items which are delivered as ordered. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they are happy with the contents of their cart at 'Checkout' before following through with payment.

Return of any stock will not be accepted after purchase and payment, except in the case of Warranty return.
